Caran Masington joined Asher & Company, Ltd.’s Tax Department in 2009 after eight years of tax experience with a regional CPA firm. Caran provides tax planning, compliance, and consulting for corporations. Her diverse client base includes: manufacturing, distribution, and professional services.
Caran provides tax planning, research and review of complex multi-state S corporation tax returns to ensure compliance with all federal, state and local tax laws and regulations, while minimizing tax liabilities through informed application of tax laws and regulation.
